With the help of a $12,500 grant from the Endowment for Health, Granite State College is excited to introduce an innovative training program focused on strengthening our state’s multigenerational workforce.
Launching in spring 2020, A Respectful Approach to Multigenerational Management and Leadership Workforce Development Efforts in New Hampshire includes three in-person sessions, online components, and ongoing coaching. Workshop participants will learn about key issues in the multigenerational workplace and nurture management and leadership skills that will foster a more engaged, collaborative community.
The first workshop series will be offered to New Hampshire staff in key talent development roles for free in partnership with the Endowment for Health.
