With the help of a $12,500 grant from the Endowment for Health, Granite State College is excited to introduce an innovative training program focused on strengthening our state’s multigenerational workforce.
Launching in Fall 2020, A Respectful Approach to Multigenerational Management and Leadership Workforce Development Efforts in New Hampshire includes three in-person sessions, online components, and ongoing coaching. Workshop participants will learn about key issues in the multigenerational workplace and nurture management and leadership skills that will foster a more engaged, collaborative community.
This online-hybrid professional development series will include course instruction that occurs completely online and incorporates live video sessions between participants and facilitators.
Approximately two hours each week from September 15 to October 19, 2020.

Thanks to an Opportunity Grant from the Endowment for Health we are able to offer the first session free of charge! Interested participants are required to complete a brief, five-minute application .
New application deadline: July 31, 2020.
Granite State College will review applications, finalize decisions, and notify all applicants during the week of August 18, 2020.
