This form allows you to send an anonymous message to the GSC Title IX Coordinator concerning sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and/or stalking as well as reports of general violations of the Granite State College and/or OLLI Code of Conduct policies.

Your message is anonymous, unless you choose to provide your contact information. If you wish to receive a response, please include your email address or phone number. If you do not enter your contact information, we will look into your concern but not be able to respond directly. Please note that reports concerning OLLI violations will be forwarded to the OLLI Program Director.
