Stress Less Program with Health Coach Christine Cook
Stress Less GSC is a 12-month wellness initiative that will explore ways to manage and reduce stress. Each month we will enjoy a live webinar to explore different techniques to help us "Stress Less".

NH ServiceLink is a state based program that can assist and connect you to services and supports such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Long Term supports and services, Veterans services and supports, caregiver support and the Affordable Care Act.
Merrimack County ServiceLink Resource Center is here to help you find the right path for you and your family. ServiceLink serves people of all ages, income levels and needs. Trained staff are available between 8:30 and 4:30, Monday-Friday, and the site offers a locator to find services for those outside of Merrimack county.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP is a work-based program designed to assist employees with a broad range of issues such as mental health and counseling, child or elder care, relationship challenges, financial or legal problems, wellness matters, and more. Programs are delivered at no cost to employees.
