  • Room Use Policy

Any group requesting a room must have a Granite State College sponsor to use space at a campus.  A sponsor is a director-level staff person from GSC.  All special requests for support such as IT or facilities (such as opening rooms outside of business hours) need to be made through the GSC Sponsor and then communicated to the Director of Facilities.  The sponsor or his/her designee is required to be on-site while their sponsored group is meeting.  Exceptions would require approval by the Director of Facilities.

Groups that are not a part of USNH, the State of New Hampshire or the Federal Government are required to provide a certificate of liability insurance (COI).

    • Groups can only request reoccurring meetings over a three-month period per reservation request.
    • There is a limit of two rooms per reservation request.
    • Rooms are only available six months in advance

Requests for exceptions can be made through the online form and reviewed by the Director of Facilities. Confirmation for meeting requests will be within 2-3 business days of receipt of form.

Specific room requests (with the exception of the Event Center in Concord) are not allowed and all room assignments are subject to change.

If a meeting is cancelled or changed, all parties should notify GSC either by re-submitting the form and noting the cancellation in the comments section.

All groups are responsible for set-up and clean-up of the room. All catering items must be moved to the kitchen area, and food waste disposed of in kitchen trash cans. Groups must adhere to the time frame requested as classes and other meetings may be adjacent.
