Spring 2020: Master’s Course Spotlight


During the 2020 Spring Term, our Concord location will host two master’s degree courses as hybrid intensives that combine online learning with three face-to-face classes. Both courses are offered in our 6-week format to allow students to more comfortably enroll in two courses during the term; one course is offered during the first session and the other offered during the second six-week session.

Available to current students, prospective students, and professionals seeking professional development, these courses present an excellent opportunity to expand upon your communication and leadership skills in an interactive, immersive experience.

LD 820: Cultivating Your Leadership Capabilities

Get introduced to a variety of unique perspectives about leadership. Explore characteristics of effective leaders and reflect on your own leadership practice.

LD 821: Ethical Decision-Making

Identify the various factors that support and hinder ethical decision-making. Examine the conflicts which arise when an individual’s ethic are counter to the organization’s practices.
