We are proud offer two new master’s-level Project Management electives for the 2020 Winter Term! These 1- and 2-credit courses are focused on trending topics in Project Management. These courses can be taken individually, or paired together to fulfill an elective requirement.

PM 820: Introduction to Lean Management

Explore lean management principles and agile project management practices, while also discussing the change resistance that accompanies implementations.
