Cross Registrations

Granite State College students receiving financial aid may need to complete course work at other institutions for degree requirements. Cross registrations are available to assist with undergraduate degree progression, acceleration or completion. They are applicable when the degree requirement(s) and/or preparatory coursework are not offered in a reasonable timeframe at Granite State College.

Students need to meet with their advisors and complete a financial aid consortium agreement for the course work needed. Once the agreement is received, the Office of Financial Aid will approve and forward the agreement to the “host” institution. The student will then able to register for his/her course work at the outside institution.

GSC has consortium agreements with the other USNH institutions as well as White Mountains Community College. The Office of Financial Aid is willing to work with other institutions not listed, but the responsibility is on the student to inquire and gain approval from that institution before beginning this process.
