Granite State College will be utilizing Tuition Management Systems starting Summer 2010. Students may visit this website to setup an interest-free monthly payment plan.
Please complete and sign your Direct Master Promissory Note (MPN) for the 2010-2011 aid year today. All new and returning GSC student loan borrowers are required to complete a new Direct MPN to guarantee Stafford and/or parent PLUS Loans.
All new GSC student loan borrows that begin July 1, 2010 or later are also required to complete Entrance Counseling which explains your rights and responsibilities associated with borrowing from the Direct Loan Program.

- FAFSA on the Web
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is an annual requirement for every student who wants to receive student aid to assist with the cost of your education.
- Financial Aid Institutional Application
The GSC Financial Aid Institutional Application is an annual requirement that tells us your planned enrollment and how you would like to be awarded, as well as providing important student loan information and disclosures applicable each award year.
- Additional Requirements
Your FAFSA application may contain conflicting information that needs to be resolved or you may be selected for verification before you are packaged for an award.
- Admissions
Even though you are awarded, you must be admitted into an eligible GSC undergraduate degree or post-baccalaureate program in order to receive financial aid.
- Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
GSC students must maintain a GPA of at least 2.0 and successfully complete two-thirds of the credits they attempt to continue receiving financial aid year to year.
Direct Stafford Loan Requirements for All Student Borrowers
- Entrance Interview
The Entrance Interview is a one-time federal requirement that explains your rights, options, and responsibilities associated with student loan borrowing.
- Master Promissory Note (MPN)
The Master Promissory Note (MPN) needs to be completed and signed to guarantee student loan funds in your name.
