Please complete a Change of Registration Form when adding a course, dropping, or withdrawing from a course(s) after the add/drop period for the course(s). You may call your regional center or the Registrar’s Office to change your registration and then follow-up with a signed Change of Registration form. The form may be submitted by mail, walk-in, or fax. You may also scan the signed form and attach it to an email.

To Request a Granite State College Transcript:
As of July 1, 2006, the college no longer charges for transcripts. Active students may request official transcripts online via MyGranite, the college's portal.

Students may also request official transcripts or unofficial transcripts (for personal use only) from the Registrar's Office. To request a Granite State College transcript:

  1. Print and complete the Granite State College Transcript Request Form;
  2. Mail it to: Granite State College Transcript Coordinator, 8 Old Suncook Road, Concord, NH 03301.

To Request Transcripts from Prior Schools/Colleges:
You should request official transcripts from any prior schools/colleges that you attended:

  1. Print and complete the Prior College Transfer Request Form;
  2. Mail it to the prior schools/colleges that you attended.

Enter the initials of your advisor, if you know them, on the first address line after the college's name to enable the Admission's Office to direct a copy of your transcript to your advisor without delay.

When applying to a degree program at Granite State College, you must also request official transcripts from all prior colleges you have attended, and for all testing you have completed. There are a few exceptions:

  1. If you are an admitted Granite State College degree learner, all of your course work taken after your application date at any USNH institution is maintained at the college Registrar's Office.
  2. If you are a non-degree learner and have taken any courses through Granite State College (formerly CLL) that originated from UNH, KSC, or PSU prior to Fall of 1989, the transcripts for these courses are available only through those institutions.
