Policies & Procedures

Granite State College has written policies and procedures that apply to every member of our college community. If you enroll in a learning experience with us, it is your responsibility to become familiar with the college's policies and procedures. Here are some of the ways to find information about our academic, financial, and federal policies and procedures:

• Granite State College Rights and Responsibilities Guide - Updated annually, the hard copy is distributed each term to all new registered learners and is available to current learners through the college MyGranite Portal.  This Guide contains information about GSC’s compliance with college, state, and federal policies including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), The Clery Act – Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act, and the Gramm -Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA)

In addition, we have written a WebROCK Privacy Statement and FERPA that applies to users of the WebROCK Web site. If you have a WebROCK account, please be sure to read this statement.
