The GSC Admissions Office oversees the administrative processing of all admissions and related activity.

The ALA network provides an excellent opportunity to meet other alumni and continue an important connection with Granite State College.


Bursar (Student Accounts)
The Student Account's Office is responsible for generating bills, process payments or refunds, and assists students in understanding and managing their student accounts.


Education and Training Partnership
The mission of the Education and Training Partnership at Granite State College, a contracted service of the NH Division for Children, Youth and Families, is to enhance the quality of care for children in placement by providing competency based, accessible education and training to foster and adoptive parents, as well as, NH residential care facilities and DCYF staff.

Teacher Education Programs
GSC Office of Education Programs specializes in helping adults prepare for a new or enhanced career in the field of education in New Hampshire. Our alternative pathways will help you if are entering the field of education, advancing from within, or changing educational careers.


Education Technology & Computing
Ed Tech & Computing oversees the GSC Online Interactive Courses including instructional design and development. This area also houses information technology.


External Affairs
External Affairs oversees development, contact and onsite courses as well as the Gregg Public Safety Academy.

Financial Aid
The focus of the Financial Aid Office is to assist qualified students find options that will allow then to finance their college education. These options may include grants, student or parent loans, work-study, and other payment alternatives.


Gregg Public Safety Academy
The Academy serves as both a physical location and a state-wide operations resource. It is a virtual training center for many state and non-profit agencies that provide training to North Country citizens.


Human Resources
Human Resources provides assistance to employees with matters related to their employment.

Institutional Research
The goals of Granite State College's Institutional Research Department is to provide timely, accurate and useful information to facilitate management decision making, improve data management process, and serve as the college's central resource for external reporting of information.


Library
The Library serves the Granite State College Community by electronically providing clear paths to up-to-date information resources that support, enrich, and enhance the students' educational experience.


Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI)
OLLI is a grant funded program that offers exciting educational opportunities to people over 50 years old.

Outreach and Recruitment
Granite State College provides access to public higher education to adults of all ages. To this end we work visit high schools to meet with guidance counselors and students, campuses in the NH Community Technical College System to discuss transfer options, work with GSC alumni, chambers of commerce and other professional organizations, and local businesses.


President's Office

Registrar
The Office of the Registrar communicates academic and institutional policies consistently, accurately, thoroughly, and promptly, and in the spirit of their intent. Our primary goal is to provide support for the mission of Granite State College by providing excellent learner services.

The Registrar's Office maintains official student records, enables registration and grading in the student database and on WebRock, maintains and produces transcripts, degree audits and conferrals. We provide leadership in the continued development, implementation, and provision of services, including online services, for students, faculty, and GSC staff.
