Not all managers are good and effective managers. Granite State College’s Master of Science in Management (MSM) is designed to provide a comprehensive business education for managers and aspiring managers in all types of organizations. The principles of management, when mastered, are applicable in any sector of business: commerce, education, health care, government, or social services. This advanced management program prepares professionals for career opportunities and growth. Students learn specialized skills and how to apply them so they can contribute immediately and effectively to the management and growth of an organization. This professional master’s degree program is suitable for participants who already hold managerial positions or aspire to move into one.

Our experienced faculty are also business leaders and practitioners in their fields. Our faculty also apply principles of adult learning that recognize the educational value of bringing their students' work and life experiences into class. Furthermore, our faculty use case studies to engage students in simulations and team exercises directed at developing decision making and leadership skills.

About Management
The main objective of the Master of Science in Management degree is designed for current and aspiring managers seeking to develop practical and highly transferable knowledge and skills that lead to exciting career opportunities. The Master of Science in Management program provides a practice-oriented educational experience for working professionals that empowers them to meet managerial challenges in their workplaces and advance their careers. The program is geared to the part-time adult population served by GSC.
