Charitable Giving Procedures

Procedure

Granite State College supports charitable outreach and service within our communities. The following are guidelines and procedures for measuring the appropriateness of solicited and unsolicited charitable requests. All materials shall be submitted to:

Applicants will receive decision notification, in writing, within thirty (30) business days of review.

Eligibility Criteria

Organizations offering programs aligned with the mission of Granite State College must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Agencies or organizations: Must submit a completed Granite State College Charitable Giving Application via fax or mail (to download the application, you will need Acrobat Reader Version 8 or above), must provide a copy of their 501(c) 3 IRS designation, must be a registered non-profit in good standing with the State of NH Attorney General’s Office, and must be incorporated.
Granite State College does not support monetary requests for assistance.
Applicants may not be individuals, labor organizations, political or religious organizations.
